Training system: Overturned Tuscan cord

Planting density: From 3200 to 5000 vines/ha.

Harvesting period: Harvest takes place from the middle of September to the first  week of October.

Harvesting method: Mechanical harvesting and selection of the grapes.

Pressing: Soft pressing.

Maceration: On the skins for 3 weeks with pumping over the cap.

Fermentation and ageing: Alcoholic and malolatic fermentation with native yeasts  in vitrified cement tanks.
