Type of soil: Clay-loam with rock fragments

Planting density:  5000 vines/ha.

Cultivation system: Overturned tuscan cord

Harvest time: The grapes are harvested from the second decade of September until mid October

Harvest method:  Mechanical harvesting with selection of the grapes

Pressing: Soft pressing.

Fermentation and aging: In tanks of glazed concrete tanks in order to maintain the freshness and the fruity taste.

Longevity: Around 5 years.
