Cultivation system: Overturned Tuscan cord
Harvest time: harvesting period from mid September to first week of October careful selection of the grapes.
Harvest method: Mechanical harvesting with selection of the grapes.
Pressing: Soft pressing and de-stalking.
Maceration: on the skins for 3 weeks with frequent remontage
Fermentation and aging: Alcolic fermentation , malolactic in cement tanks. Aging in oak barrels . Further refining in bottle for at least 6 months.
Longevity: Potential aging of 15-20 years
