GRAPE VARIETY: Sangiovese and Merlot
EXPOSURE: South, south-west.
TYPE OF SOIL: Clay-loam with rock fragments
PLANTING DENSITY: From 3200 to 5200 vines/ha.
CULTIVATION SYSTEM: Spurred cordon.
HARVEST TIME: The grapes are harvested from the second decade of September until mid October
HARVEST METHOD: mechanical harvesting with selection of the grapes
WINE-PRESSING: soft pressing.
FERMENTATION AND AGING: In tanks of glazed concrete tanks in order to maintain the freshness and the fruity taste.
WINE-TASTING NOTES: pleasant fruit aromas, on the palate the wine is fresh and lively.
LONGEVITY: Easy-drinking wine, to drink during the year.
