HARVEST TIME : The grapes are harvested from the second decade of September .
HARVEST METHOD : mechanical harvesting
WINE-PRESSING : soft pressing .
FERMENTATION AND AGING : in glazed concrete tanks to maintain freshness.
WINE-TASTING NOTES : Soft golden color with aromatic notes of fresh citrus. On the palate it is soft, mineral, with a fresh and persistent taste and good acidity.
LONGEVITY : fresh wine, easy-drinking, to drink during the year. Perfect with dish of fish and an ideal aperitif.
